Hi, I’m Alex!

I am certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the National Counsel on Strength and Fitness, and I’m here to help you or your athlete reach their full potential! I’m fully insured, so you can feel confident and safe while working with me.

With over 15 years of experience as a dance instructor and a background as a former marathon runner and competitive dancer, I’ve learned that movement is a powerful tool for building strength and confidence. My true passion lies in kinesiology and developing customized strength programs, especially for youth athletes. My experience also includes certifications through USA Gymnastics, SafeSport and a soon-to-be 200 hour yoga certification accredited by Yoga Alliance, which help me ensure a positive, safe, and effective experience for all my clients.

What truly fuels my passion is supporting all bodies and helping each person feel their absolute best, no matter their background or fitness level. My journey into the fitness world has been shaped by my own experience with a hip and femur reconstruction. This life-changing surgery completely shifted the way I approach training—both for youth athletes and the general population. It deepened my understanding of the body and reinforced how important personalized training is for long-term success and wellness.
